Although this product keeps your laptop cooler, it is not a well built product. The fans are directly in the middle which only cool the ram and not the hardrive or fan area on the underside of the laptop (unless you hardrive and stuff are in the middle...WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE). This product also does not support laptops smaller than a 15.4" screen even though it says it does. Overall, its so-so.
