I love this cooler so much that I give it five stars even though I had to modify it for it to work properly. It comes with rinkie-dink rubber knobs on which to balance your laptop. No good, they aren't permanently attached and pop off, really useless and annoying. With some silicone glue I attached four plastic bottle caps upside down to the cooler. Works perfectly! The bottle caps stay where they should and so does my laptop. I love this thing, I've been using it for 4 months so far and it works!!
