I purchased the Antec USB-Powered Notebook Cooler to help cool my X-Box 360. The cooler runs quiet, and is the perfect size to sit underneath. The black rim also looks sleek and matches the XBox 360 Elite black.
Two issues to be aware of:
1. While you can use the USB port on the backside of the XBox to power the cooler, you cannot use the XBox 360 Wireless Network Adapter concurrently. For some reason the XBox will not recognize & run the wireless adapter using the included pass-through connector. My educated guess is that the network adapter is not getting enough power. Easy enough to fix as you can use one of the two USB ports on the front of the XBox.
2. The cooler does not power off when the XBox is turned off. It will stay on, as long as the USB is connected.
The cooler works well and noticeably cools my XBox to the touch after hours of gaming vs. no cooler. I am glad I purchased this for my Xbox and would recommend to anyone with an Xbox 360 to help protect their investment.
