I ordered 2 of these at the same time. One for my laptop and one for my wifes. Hers works just fine. I opened the box for mine and immediately it smelled like burnt wires. Sure enough only one fan turns. It is quite obvious from the smell of the unit it was bad. And yet it was still shipped out. It still had seal tape on the box so I don't think it was a returned item. Just bad from the factory. Guess you can't expect much for a $25 product. From the smell its quite obvious its not a good unit!!!Get more detail about Antec USB-Powered Notebook Cooler.
