This is a great product. A friend of mine messed up a connection in my laptop which affected my cooling fan. My computer kept over-heating and turning off. This was frustrating. I read some of the reviews and was scared cause one complained about the blue light and another about the short cord. WELL...the blue light is not that bad, and as for the comment on the short cord....all you have to do is turn it around. The USB connector is for the left side.
