I was very pleased with this product. I had tried a Targus laptop fan and within two weeks of having it, it started making a horrible rattling sound to the point where I had to turn the sound way up on my laptop to even hear anything. But this fan has been great it is very quiet and it keeps my laptop cool even while playing world of warcraft for hours on end.
