Needed something to keep my laptop a cooler and read some reviews and liked this one b/c of size for fitting in bag and how quiet it is. Some reviewers said this item is loud but I have it on a high fan speed and I basically have to place my ear beside it to know that it is on and to be honest I used feel heat radiating off my laptop like crazy before but not anymore. The only reason I wouldn't give this item a five is b/c of the usb cord I would have preferred a standard usb connector like most usb electronics use so if it gets damaged It could be easily replaced.
