Bought from amazon- only 1 fan worked of the 2. Antec Customer support is BAAAAD. i was 4th in the queue and was not answered for more than 1 hour !Initially I thought the 2nd fan would turn on only after a set temperature of the laptop as it gets hot,but that is not the case. Bought the same product from a local store and both fans work.Get more detail about Antec USB-Powered Notebook Cooler.
