This cooler is indeed quiet and works just fine. But one problem that I found out is that it is too small for 17'' laptops. So the feet of my laptop end up not resting over the cooler and the laptop bottom stays attached to the cooler surface. Without any gap between the laptop and the cooler, there is no airflow and the cooling is impaired.
