I got this laptop cooler for use under my xbox because it is located in a cabinet and needed more airflow. It works great and is very quiet, i can hardly tell that it is on. The only problem i have is that the usb connection has the cord coming off the side instead of the back so it covers up an adjacent usb slot. This is not a big deal unless you are playing rock band or something that you need more than one usb, but that doesn't happen that often. The usb does have a pass through connection that allows you to use the same usb slot that the cooler uses and i have found no problems with low power or anything like that.
