The Antec fan did everything it was supposed to...except cool my computer. I have had a continuing problem with a 17" Toshiba laptop that overheats and shuts down. A friend of mine has a similar (not same) model Toshiba. She experienced the same shut downs and utilized this fan successfully. The fan appears to require too much power for my laptop and only adds to the overheating. The product seems fine but could not help me.Get more detail about Antec USB-Powered Notebook Cooler.
