Once it is assembled it is very easy to adjust. Very solid and holds my two 22" monitors without making me nervous that it will tip or otherwise drop them.
Assembly was straight-forward, but there are three very small hex screws (hex wrench is included). There aren't any extras. I dropped these multiple times while trying to screw them in.
