This stand is all it is cracked up to be. Strong, sturdy and fully and easily adjustable. Assembly is easy and takes minutes. Fine tuning adjustments takes a little longer after you get your monitors attached but still simple. Hex tool comes with the stand and adjustment bolts are covered with plastic caps to look more professional and more higher quality. Does need a fair size lip on the edge of the desk to attach to or some sort of pull out on the desk to secure it. All in all this is a top quality stand and you will not get a better value buy paying more.
