Ergotron, Inc Neo-Flex Combo Lift Stand (33-318-057) Get it now!

After being hooked on Window's feature to plug in a second monitor for a side-by-side feature, I've been looking for something like this to professionally co-locate my laptop and monitor and make my desk space a little neater or organized. I can always change the monitor's height and enjoy using a wireless keyboard/mouse with this because you really don't want to be typing on the laptop. I've had to modify this model since I preferred mounting the laptop on the other side, basically inverting some of the parts. Ergotron has already updated this model which makes this modification much easier. On this combo stand I currently use an HP dv5-1138nr and to help with my cable management, added an HP Notebook Quickdock 2.0 plugged in on the left side, locating the quickdock itself neatly behind the laptop. And to the right of the notebook, paired it with a preferred 19" monitor although the mount could easily hold something larger. Both the notebook and monitor are widescreens and the whole set up is on a Ikea desk that's 30" wide and has a seperate keyboard shelf that rolls out. I'm very satisfied with how this setup works for me and recommend the Neo Flex product as one option to combine your laptop with a monitor. Another would be the LX Dual Desk Mount Arm for addional cost.Get more detail about Ergotron, Inc Neo-Flex Combo Lift Stand (33-318-057).
