I have 2 monitors at my desk and lots of papers. When I ordered the stackable risers, I ordered 4, so that I could place 2 under each monitor. Now I place all my papers neatly under each riser and I feel organized. I pull them out and put them back-in whenever I feel the need.
The color of the risers match my desk and the metal makes it like they are part of the workstation. It really helps make my area less cluttered.
