Whoever invented this monitor stand had a good idea but I use it for a printer stand. It is sturdily built. I bought two and stacked one on the other -- perfectly and firmly nest together. The two storage areas conveniently hold a over a ream of paper with room for about a hundred envelopes. There are also compartments for pens and pencils. Very satisfied.
