This little gadget is a great way to utilize some of your higher capacity SDHC cards in devices (cameras, primarily) that were made to only use Compact Flash cards.
I now have a couple of 32 GB SDHC's plus a couple of 16 GB's. I really don't use my Canon 40D's high speed shooting capabilities often so I can't truthfully comment on how "fast" this setup writes the images to the cards but I assume it's nothing that wonderful, but for my purposes this works fine. Get more detail about SD-CF II : SD to CF Type II Adapter (Supports SDHC).
