I tried cheaper ink but the colors never seemed right and seemed to fade much too quickly. I will stick with Canon ink and enjoy the photos I print.Get more detail about Canon BCI-3e Multipack Ink Tanks - 4 Pack (Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow) (4479A230).
