I bought some cheap ink one time and at first I thought it was great-less than half the price and seemed to work fine. After awhile though, the printer wouldn't recognize the cartridges and I had to go back to the real thing. If you have an epson, you know ink can get pretty spendy but don't be tempted to buy knock-offs.
