I ordered this battery to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 1525 from its now-dead 6-cell battery. Much to my dismay, the first battery I received from this seller didn't work, but when I contacted them, they responded within the next day and said I could return the battery with the return slip included in the package. Once they received my return, the replacement was mailed almost instantly (I forgot to mention that the first battery they mailed me arrived within a day of when I placed my order-- and came from California to Maryland). The second arrived just as quickly, and it works wonderfully.
