I ordered this item months back and it worked for a decent amount of time, then the head started falling apart and I had to have my laptop in awkward positions so that it would keep a charge. It will no longer charge my laptop I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me a new head almost two weeks ago and I still haven't received it.
